PAYMENT POLICY

To fully confirm your reservation you should prepay 30% of your total accommodation value, with a minimum deposit amount, the cost of one (1) night. Full payment upon arrival

They accept cash payments, bank transfers and credit cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express. You must inform the property upon your arrival if you wish an invoice for your stay.

The submission of the payment must be made within two (3) working days from the publication of the bank’s hotel bill to the customer concerned (by sending the relevant e-mail hotel which includes all the necessary payment information), otherwise pre-booking will be canceled without further notice and the room will be released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

H hotel management kindly requests that guests inform timely written communication of any changes or cancellations related to their detention as soon as possible.

In case of cancellation, our policy is:

– In case of cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, no charge and involves the part of the hotel deposit refunds.

– For cancellations in less than 14 days before arrival, the customer is charged 30% of the total stay by his detention.
